Father’s Day Gift Guide

Father’s Day is just a couple of weeks away, and it’s now our turn to show our appreciation for those wonderful men in our lives! My husband would say not to get him anything for Father’s Day, one because he is an experience kind of guy, but also he is incredibly selfless and doesn’t like me spending on him! But of course I love picking out gifts for him, although he isn’t always the easiest to shop for!

SO, I put together this list of over 20 gift ideas (95% are Amazon prime too!) in case you need some ideas of your own!

For the reader:

I Will Teach You to be Rich – This second edition of the NY Times best seller by Ramit Sethi is full of personal finance advice. If your significant other is into finance or wants to grow in this area, plus loves reading, it’s a win-win.

Restoration Year – Dads and husbands are often busy providing for their families and spending their free time not working taking care of the house or enjoying the company of their family. Devotionals are a great way to remind your significant other to stop and invest in themselves and their spiritual life. This is a devotional by John Eldridge and he has many other amazing books geared towards men. (Some other great options by Eldridge: Fathered by God, Wild at Heart, Moving Mountains)

The C.S. Lewis Signature Classics – Christian or not, C.S. Lewis is one of the most respected influential writers of his time, and continues to be! This is a collection of 8 of his most popular spiritual writings, and Joe has always been a huge fan of his.

For the fitness lover:

Fitness gloves – a must have for anyone who lifts weights.

Men’s Health Magazine Subscription – Joe has been getting this for years and often crafted workouts or is inspired by info he reads in it.

Fitbit Versa Smart Watch – I love that that Fitbits are geared towards fitness tracking; the Versa allows for get calls & texts but that isn’t the primary focus or feature. This model also can store music which I know Joe would love since he is an avid music lover. This would eliminate his need to use his phone while working out. Super functional while adding to the fitness experience. (I also like the Charge 3!)

For the music lover:

Sonos Play 1 Speaker – we have had this in our house for a couple of years now and we absolutely love it. It syncs to your phone with Apple Music, amazon music, pandora and more. It’s made for lots of fun dance parties with our kids and introducing them to our favorite music! Lately we’ve been on a Queen kick!

Apple AirPods – Heck, these are on my wish list!

For the not so handy man:

Basic Tool Kit – Every man needs a set of basic tools for every day home repairs and maintenance. Joe is not the handiest guy out there, but has learned a ton since we got married and owned our own home. Even he has used a kit like this for random projects and repairs!

For grooming and relaxation:

Beard Grooming Kit – …perfect for the bearded men in your life. This kit contains beard combs, conditioner, wax and more.

Men’s Skin Care Set – I don’t know about your hubby, but mine would never buy skin care for himself, yet he sometimes steals mine! This set provides cleanser, exfoliator and moisturizer, and it is paraben free and cruelty free! It contains organic ingredients + some great vitamins and skin care essentials like CoQ10 abs hyaluronic acid.

Back and Neck Massager – Joe uses this almost every night! He gets a lot of neck and shoulder tension from sitting at a desk all day and it helps him relieve tension and relax! Highly recommend!

For the coffee lovers:

Drummer Boy Coffee – our favorite coffee distributed by a very close friend’s of ours! It is the perfect blend of strong yet smooth!

Stainless Steel French Press – We always brew fresh ground coffee in a french press, and converted to a stainless steel one a few years ago! It’s lasted longer than any of our glass ones and keeps the coffee hot!

For the car or travel lovers:

Norwex Car Cloth & Mitt – These are two specially design cleaning cloths that only require water. That pull away dirt and leave a shine without harmful chemicals or damaging your cars surfaces. (I am a Norwex consultant and get commission on purchases through these links.)

Car Vent Phone Mount – Help keep dad safe and hands free while driving!

Portable Essential Oil Diffuser (for car, office or travel) – This is so cute (not that my husband would use that adjective) and sleek, and is waterless! It allows for air freshener or mood boosting that is safe and for life on the go.

For summer fun:

Water guns – My husband and I were just reminiscing about using super soakers when we were kids! He would absolutely love these to have fights with the kids!

Slack Line – My husband is adventurous and active and loves challenging the kids to try something new! He would love having this in our backyard this summer! (And then use his neck massage later 😜)

Sunglasses – Joe is constantly losing or breaking his sunglasses! I love that these come with a case and you can’t go wrong with a classic aviator style!

Hope you all got some good ideas from this list, and that you enjoy Father’s Day with your family and friends!
